Penn Virginia (PVA) Shares Fall 3% After Downgrade

Shares of Penn Virginia Corp. (NYSE: PVA) continued their tumultuous trading activity. A day after making significant gains, the stock opened below the previous day’s close and continued falling for most of the day.

Penn Virginia Corp. was downgraded by Barclays Capital from Overweight to Equal Weight.

Barclays Capital also lowered the price target for Penn Virginia Corp from $25 to $30.

After falling 92 cents, or 3.36%, during the trading day, Penn Virginia Corp. began to rise in after hours trading.
