Interview Description

A blogger, CMT (Chartered Market Technician) trader, educator, and analyst, Corey Rosenbloom explains the specifics of his trading strategy, what to look for, recent successful trades and what his idea of an “ideal trade” is.    Corey gives us his definition and explains how to identify a Trend Day as they develop and why that is so important for considering leverage, position sizing, and trading strategies for the day.  In the interview, Corey explains how he was dedicated to a two-year formalized and structured graduate program and how it made him familiar with all the different technical facets of trading and allowed him to select what worked  best with his own trading style.
Listen to our discussion about trend days, 3/10 oscillator and also about Corey’s philosophy on trading;  not to look at a day-by-day comparison of profits or losses and to be aggressive on a select number of days because “There are certain days that the market is really in a mode of payout”.

About: After speaking with countless traders throughout the past 14 years as a trader himself, Tim realized that the best way to learn how to make money trading was to ask those who were already doing it every day. Tim set out to find the best in the business and ask them exactly how they made their money. In 2006 Tim founded TraderInterviews.com, an online media site featuring those frank discussions. Each week Tim interviews successful full-time traders and asks them tough questions about the strategies they employ, the software they use, and how they became confident in the markets.
